We are in the same situation early this year, and we fallback from 7.1.1 to 7.0.1; waiting for a better 7.1.1 release.

The screen appear when I using UK Smarty mobile. I am now ok when using UK THREE or UK Lebara. May be it is under mobile company restriction.

fallback to previous firmware everything back to normal. Close file, at the moment.

@mikega I have another case which happened before this, refer to the latest firmware update. There is port redirect which caused error. It's fixed, after I contact support. 👍️ I am not sure it's ok to public the solution here, which is temporary. May be you can contact official support for further information.

@BWC yes did try your suggestion but still the same, some people can, but some not. I am thinking is there any Windows update or Java things which caused the issue.
